As an emerging startup in the maternal healthcare application space, MyLua engaged me to design a seamless and intuitive user flow for their app. To achieve this, I led the overall project, hired a subcontractor, and executed in-depth interviews and surveys with a diverse group of women and healthcare providers. This led to uncovering key needs, pain points, and opportunities to enhance the app’s usability and effectiveness.

Through that research, we identified critical user requirements and translated them into actionable insights, creating a user flow that prioritized accessibility, empathy, and functionality to support MyLua’s mission of improving maternal health outcomes.
