Walgreens
During 2022, I spent most of the year working with Walgreens in various capacities. The most impactful work I did was as a Project Manager of a team of 15 Customer and User Experience Designers. The team was split into groups focused on the present, near, and longer-term future experiences for health portal users and other customers. We designed the portal system and in-person experience to enable individuals and businesses to manage COVID-19 and other testing and vaccination services and reporting.

In conducting the quantitative and qualitative research for discovery, I led research requirements with the ‘present’ group, that supported Vaccine Equity. We created a research plan, conducted survey creation and synthesis, and interviewed internal agents to create a strategy that ensured equity. We developed various recommendations and roadmaps for implementation and management. This led to enhanced operational performance due to reduced nuances, as well as accessible engagement for all, meeting internal goals.
