Worked on several projects including a communications engagement for global data analytics, and served as a project manager for LEON health coding changes, as well as Lead Change Manager and UX Support for Alegis Care.

While in the Alegis role, I executed a change impact analysis and customer interviews to illustrate the current state as well as the proposed future state. I produced a change management plan, customer insights, and a road map for the future state.
